Welcome!! Heres a little bit about my background:
I was born and raised in Santa Cruz California. I spent my childhood playing in the sand one day, and the next walking through the beautiful redwoods surrounding my home. Ever since I was a child, I have always loved to play pretend. My imagination was a huge part of my childhood and I believe that instict led me to be the actor and person I am today.

During my middle school years I was often bullied for my positive outlook on life, my loudness, talkativness, my bubbliness and overall youthful energy. It took a huge toll on my mental health to the point of dimming my own spark so people would leave me alone. It took me up until now to realize the things I was made fun of are the best things about me; to lean into the things that make me uique and special.
I strive to be apart of an industry where we can create community and allow space for all kinds of people, all kinds of souls, all kinds of energies to create art and immitate life together. To write new scripts where everyones voices can be lifted up and their stories can be told by people who experience them.
The first moment I realized that I wanted to be up on stage was watching my sister in her ballet concerts. I always loved to dance as a little kid, but watching my sister shine in the spotlight inspired me and lit a fire in me to someday look as beautiful and comfortable as her up in the spotlight. Soon after I starting to sing in church with my mother and that also inspired me. I had to choose between sports or theatre/dance, and I chose sports first.
I went to College at Chico State and recieved my BFA in Musical Theatre as well as a minor in Dance. During my second year, the Covid pandemic hit, which changed the trajectory of our lives espeically as performers. I was taking a tap class on zoom in my tiny room with hardwood floor, taking voice lessons on zoom and even doing zoom musicals and plays. I took an extra semester after we came back from the pandemic during my senior year to get more time in person to hone my craft. My professors and peers at Chico State taught me so much, it was a huge part of my growth process not only as a performer, but also as a human.
Most of my life I played soccer competitively. I traveled all over the state yearly to go to tournaments and if I had stuck with it, I would most likely have been very successful and played in college. When I was a sophomore in high school, I got mono and I was unable to continue the fall soccer season. I heard of an upcoming children's production of The Little Mermaid was coming up, so I auditioned and booked the role of Ariel. It was only my second musical, and after that show, I never played on a soccer team again. I had found my passion.
I am the kind of person that never has enough hobbies. I love to learn new things especially when it is a form of art. Some of my favorite things to do in my free time are sewing quilts and clothes, crocheting, playing guitar, thrifting clothes, and songwriting
Singing has always been a passion of mine. I used to get so excited when it was a rainy day growing up; I would rush to grab my cd player that had The Jonas Brothers on it and rush to my swing set to sing at the top of my lungs in the rain. I thought that the rain would drown out the noise of my voice so that no one could hear me belting.

I started doing a poetry section in my english class in 6th grade, and this sparked my passion for writing poetry and rhymes. I loved to journal my whole entire life but after this class I realized that song writing and poetry go hand in hand. I got my first guitar when I turned 16 and after that day, I couldn't stop writing songs. It is my therapy and coping mechanism. I seem to write the best songs when I am dealing with something difficult or something that has a huge impact on my life, whether it is good or bad. My biggest dream besides acting is to release my own music and hope that it touches the ears, hearts and lives of others and makes them feel seen and heard. Music brings people together and I am so passionate about connecting with my community through my music.
Both of these songs are written by me and encapsulate the type of music I love to create.
